The apartments cannot be viewed prior to the OPEN HOUSES. In the event that there are multiple candidates for a specific apartment, the lessor will draw lots.
The apartments will be rented out for a term of at least 12 months.
The apartments are ready to move into. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The apartments will NOT be conveyed with flooring finishes. The expenses for installing flooring will be for the account of the tenant.
If you are eligible for an apartment, an assessment of your financial position will be made. The required gross (joint) income is at least three times the rent. The selection process will also involve a reference check by means of the NVM Woontoets (NVM Housing Assessment). This process will take 5 – 10 working days. The following documents must be made available (in digital form):
- A copy of a valid identification document
- A copy of the annual income statement
- A copy of bank statements showing three recent salary payment transfers
- Lessor statement
- Employer statement
Independent contractors/entrepreneurs are moreover required to present:
- A recent excerpt from the Chamber of Commerce
- Audit certificate
- Annual report
- Financial projections
- A copy of a bank statement for the business account
The rental price does not include utilities (energy, water, gas, local taxes and service charges for the user).
